A tribute to an undisputed genius, on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of his death, in the city that witnessed his art and extraordinary insights.

In the prestigious headquarters of the Regional Council of Tuscany, the international contemporary art award “Art Florence 2019 – Leonardo Da Vinci Prize” will be held. The exhibition – organized by Massimo Bramandi – enjoys the patronage of the Regional Council of Tuscany and has Leonardo Da Vinci as its focus.

It was also an honor to be actively involved by the institutions in the person of the President of the Region of Tuscany Eugenio Giani, a great expert and art lover who never misses an opportunity to bring beauty and culture to our beloved Florence.” Five themes are addressed in the works in the competition: genius, sacredness, femininity, anatomy and the perfection of the human being.
